Together Towards Gender Equality Certification

A shared commitment to a fairer and more inclusive future of work
For POSA, embarking on the journey toward Gender Equality Certification UNI/PdR 125:2022 is not merely a strategic choice but a declaration of values.
It means deeply believing that the growth of a company stems from respect for people, inclusion of diversity, and the enhancement of individual talent in all its forms.
In November, we will face the certification audit — an important milestone that marks a concrete step towards the official recognition of an effort we already embody every day.
This achievement represents not only a stage in our path but also a strong message of social responsibility and forward-looking vision.

A journey that connects people, processes, and corporate culture
Over the past few months, the team dedicated to UNI/PdR 125:2022 has been working with great dedication to collect, analyze, and highlight all the evidence demonstrating our company’s maturity in terms of Gender Equality.
It’s a meticulous and collective effort that has involved multiple business areas, bringing together people, processes, and shared values.
The certification requires the analysis of measurable indicators, ranging from professional growth and work-life balance to equal pay and female representation in leadership roles.
Through this process, we are consolidating and formalizing practices that already define our corporate culture, with the goal of making them ever more transparent, traceable, and consistent over time.

Gender equality as a daily value
At POSA, Gender Equality is neither an abstract concept nor a mere compliance goal — it is a value translated into concrete actions.
It means creating a work environment where everyone can express their potential, access the same opportunities for growth, and feel part of an organization grounded in mutual respect.
This commitment takes shape through policies that promote:
·       Equal and merit-based pay, recognizing the true value of individual skills;
·       Organizational flexibility, to support a healthy balance between personal and professional life;
·       Skills development and inclusive leadership, to sustain career paths based on trust and merit;
·       Active listening and employee well-being, to foster a welcoming and collaborative workplace.
The UNI/PdR 125:2022 Certification will help us measure and communicate these achievements objectively, making our commitment to an equitable and conscious corporate culture tangible and visible.

A responsibility that goes beyond the company
Choosing to pursue certification also means taking on a responsibility toward the community and the territory.
 Every step forward in promoting equality and inclusion contributes to building a more just and balanced social and economic system.
For POSA, investing in these principles means creating shared value and strengthening the trust of employees, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
In this sense, Gender Equality acts as a driver of innovation — it sparks new ideas, opens new perspectives, and enhances our ability to interpret and respond to a changing world.

A commitment that continues
The certification journey is only the beginning.
 Gender Equality is an evolving goal that requires constant attention, review, improvement, and dialogue.
The work carried out by the UNI/PdR team — together with the involvement of everyone at POSA — is essential to make this cultural transformation authentic and lasting.
We are proud to face this challenge together, confident that diversity is a strength, and that only through inclusion can we build a fairer, more sustainable, and opportunity-rich future of work.
The Gender Equality Certification UNI/PdR 125:2022 is not an endpoint, but a new beginning a daily commitment that we will continue to pursue with the same passion and determination that have always defined POSA:
the belief that creating value begins with people.
