POSA S.p.A. has obtained the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality Management System Certification, issued by DNV, which confirms the implementation of structured and verifiable measures to ensure gender equality within the workplace.
The certification covers all company sites listed in the official appendix — Brugherio (MB), S. Dorligo della Valle (TS), Bottanuco (BG), and Sale Marasino (BS) — and attests POSA’s compliance with the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Reference Practice for promoting fairness, inclusion, and equal opportunities in organisational processes.
